1ST COURSE: 

Progression of Oysters

Raw with Pickled Blackberries in Sake, Lightly Poached in Bourbon Butter and Bloody Mary Caviar, and Burnt Lemon and Rice Krispy, Lightly Fried

2ND COURSE: 

Potted Shrimp with Curry Lavender Butter, Pickled Strawberries Compote and Housebread

3RD COURSE: 

Tongue 'n Cheek Minced Pie with Blood Orange Mustardo and Baked House Ricotta

4TH & 5TH COURSE: 

Porchetta Stuffed with Shitake, Scrapple, Arugula and Love. Served with Charred Brocolinni and a Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pesto.

Diseranno Amaretto Ricotta Terrarium with Candied Basil, Hazelnut Crumble, Pickled Cherries and Shaved Chocolate.

Purchasing tickets before the event is your best bet for getting a seat! Tickets are only $65 if purchased ahead and your seat (s) will be reserved. There are only 21 spots available, so seats are limited.

If you're not ready to buy a ticket yet, you can purchase tickets at the door if the event is not sold out, but you will pay $80 per ticket. ($15 more than the original ticket price)
